By accessing or using the ZenBoard application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

ZenBoard is provided as an open tool for individual, educational, and commercial visual planning, diagramming, and brainstorming.

3. User Content & Ownership

All drawings, diagrams, vector shapes, and text created within ZenBoard remain 100% your property. ZenBoard does not claim any ownership rights over your visual creations.

4. Local Storage & Data Responsibility

ZenBoard operates locally in your web browser. You are solely responsible for saving and backing up your board files (.zen) or exporting your images (.png, .svg).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
